Luis is a master of numbers and rhythm, with a sharp eye for conceptualizing a brand persona and a knack for interpreting the unseen. He’s also the agency’s natural mediator and, on top of that, knows more about furniture than anyone you’ll ever meet.
With over 10 years at WRU, Hugo has developed all kinds of web implementations — from landing pages and apps to administrative management systems. He’s the intelligence that stands out. Hugui loves Vania, Armin, and Annie, with whom he lives in Québec, Canada.
No one works data like Marki — he’s a wizard of information and programming, with meticulous attention to detail and specialized knowledge in web development. He’s a great guy and a big fan of Lady Gaga, Keane, and Bad Bunny.
Joss — born in Chimalhuacán, now living in Morelia — is a sensitive, romantic soul who brings his humanity into his creative process. He joined WRU as a content creator and is now one of our youngest directors. Passionate about aesthetics and electronic music.
The youngest of the family joined in 2024, transforming the way we see content. Pau quickly revealed her leadership, enthusiasm, and energy, bringing a fresh perspective to the social department. Hungry for growth, she gives brands a bold, innovative voice.
A designer with remarkable talent, corporate vision, and strong management skills — Madeleine is a unicorn everyone would want on their team. Small in size but fierce in spirit, she founded WRU’s new generation of creatives. A die-hard Swiftie and Saiyan princess.
The color purple’s real name is Karen. A brilliant creative and highly effective designer, she can produce 50,000 assets in a day and still has a heart of gold. She may look sweet, but she’s a powerhouse on set, with a love for product creation and editing. She’s a true Chipocluda.
With a fanbase we can’t quite measure, Ikkiberto is our third creative director. He masters every format, excels in product design management, and has extensive experience with leading retail brands. Ikki lives by the beach, is a streamer, Twitch creator, Pokémon collector, and has a captivating personality.
Rafa has been part of WRU since day one. His imagination and talent are paired with over 20 years of experience in brand design and development. He has created countless corporate identity manuals and logos for WRU’s clients, and he’s the Wizard of Oz behind our own visual identity.
With a Master’s in Marketing under his arm, Bry is one of our hybrid directors. He designs crisis management processes, safeguards brand integrity, and interprets data. Assertive, analytical, and creative, he always brings a strategic vision — along with the brightest smile in Querétaro.
One year after WRU’s founding, Jorge joined as a content creator and manager. Over the years, he implemented the Media & Analysis department and coordinated IT projects with a strategic vision. A true jack-of-all-trades: he designs, codes, develops conversion flows, edits, and cooks amazing meals. He’s a problem-solver — and a master of dad jokes.
Josué González holds a degree in Social Psychology Josué has a strong curiosity for creativity and brand concepts. This passion has led him to develop expertise in content architecture, combining his background in psychology with the strategic creation of campaigns and communication.
At WRU, he has served as Social Strategy Director since 2021, implementing tactics that not only connect with audiences but also deliver on our clients’ objectives.
His approach blends analysis, storytelling, and strategy, balancing creativity and intuition to generate content that delivers tangible value.
