Roxana has 20+ years of experience in digital marketing, communication, public relations, and technology project management in the financial, educational, and marketing technology. She’s a pioneer in the Mexican market, leading the implementation of customer service and Social Media listening at UNITEC.
She also led projects at Nacional Financiera, such as coordinating the disaster recovery plan (DRP) for Nafin’s financial systems and developing business continuity and operational stability strategies for financial systems in disaster situations. Additionally, she was involved in projects related to process documentation in the Information Technology Department to obtain the ISO-9000 certification.
